NexSOC's agents triage, investigate and prepare the response for every alert, day and night. Anything that touches your systems waits for your approval, and every step lands in the audit log.
SIX AGENTS, ONE CASE
Smaller teams get the same alerts as large enterprises, without a round-the-clock staff to read them. NexSOC hands each alert to specialised agents and keeps your people in charge of every decision.
Reads every alert as it arrives, sets severity and confidence, and groups duplicates so the queue shows what is real.
Pulls the surrounding events, draws an attack path you can rearrange, and maps each step to MITRE ATT&CK.
Enriches IPs, domains and file hashes, so the analyst sees reputation and context without opening another tab.
Prepares the response, such as isolating a host or blocking a file, then waits for a single-use human approval.
Opens the ticket, writes the incident report in plain language, and keeps the evidence attached to the case.
Checks back after the response, confirms the threat is gone, and closes the case only after analyst review.
HOW IT WORKS
The agents run in NexSOC Cloud. A small Collector runs inside your network, sends alerts out and carries out the actions you approve. You open no inbound ports.
Run one container on any server in your network. It connects out over HTTPS and pulls alerts from the tools you already have.
Triage, investigation and threat intel run as soon as an alert lands, not at the start of the next shift. The reasoning sits on the case page.
Approve or reject the proposed response. Approved actions go straight to Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike Falcon, and every one is logged.
SECURITY
A security tool with broad access is itself a target. NexSOC checks its own posture continuously and shows you the results, mapped to SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 controls.
Example view. The readiness report shows where controls stand; it is not an audit certificate.
OIDC with your identity provider, and the option to require it for every admin.
Secure cookies, a 15-minute idle timeout and a 12-hour maximum.
API keys carry expiry dates and rotate with a grace period, so nothing breaks mid-shift.
Every agent step, approval and admin change is recorded and kept for at least a year.
Stream the audit log to Splunk, syslog over TLS or a signed webhook.
Dependency and container image scans with a patch plan, plus verified backups.
RESPONSIBLE AI
Each agent can use only the tools it has been granted. No agent acts on its own authority.
An approval covers one action on one target, once. It cannot be replayed or stretched.
Every conclusion links to the evidence behind it, so analysts can check before they trust.

PRICING
A guided trial on your own alerts, with the Collector installed alongside your team.
For security teams of one to ten people running NexSOC every day.
The whole platform in your own environment, for teams whose data cannot leave it.
GOOD QUESTIONS
A security operations centre where AI agents do the repetitive first work on each alert: reading it, gathering evidence, checking threat intelligence and drafting the response. Analysts review the result and make the calls, instead of starting every alert from scratch.
No. Agents can read, enrich and propose. Any action that changes your systems needs a human approval that covers that one action, once, and is recorded in the audit log.
The alerts and the evidence the agents need to investigate them, sent by the Collector over HTTPS. The Collector only connects outbound. Approved actions go to your EDR (Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike Falcon), either from NexSOC Cloud or through the Collector if you prefer to keep EDR credentials on site.
Claude models on Amazon Bedrock by default: a fast model for triage and a stronger one for investigation and reports. Private customers can bring their own model.
Installing the Collector is one Docker command. Most of a pilot's first day goes into connecting your alert sources and agreeing which actions need approval.
BUILT BY
Director of Cybersecurity · Global SOC Leader · ex-Cisco · ex-FICO · CISSP · CCISO · AWS Security
After years leading security operations at enterprise scale, I'm building NexSOC so smaller teams get the same round-the-clock triage and response, without ever handing the AI the keys. Every part of it, from the agents to the approval flow, is designed to stand up to an auditor and a sceptical analyst alike.
We help you install the Collector and review the results with you every week.
